Looking for a freestyle song..have been for a long time

I'm trying to find a song that I heard either in a Too Big Perez or Payback Garcia mix about 10 years ago or so. It was a girl singing with the chorus saying...Spanish Eyes....Gaze....Fantasy...something like that. I have tried to look for it for such a long time and I cant find it. I wish I had more to help..but if anybody knows...Please send me the info..I would greatly appreciate it..
