How many of you have a lazy ass co-worker? I am so fockin tired of the other girl that I work with in pre-litigation. She is so lazy and she never calls anybody back. She sits on her ass and does not work on our files. She has been there for over 7 yrs and she thinks that she can get away with everything. I am always busy with clients , talking to insurance companys and shit. This has been going on for more that 6 months and I never say anything. Should I ask for a fockin raise or what?

Sooner or later. Your boss will notice. Just do your job and don't wory about the lazy worker. You can complain to your boss but that only brings tension to the job site. I mean he will confront the worker in question and she will deny it and do her job for a couple weeks and then go back to her old ways and make trouble. When I was taking my companies supervisors corse the girl who taught it said something that i always remember. "Dont complain about the smell. The boss will always find out who farted."

Girl I hear ya, that is why i have been letting it go on for over 6 months but shits getting old. I guess your right, I will let my boss see for herself. But I wonder what the hell is talking her so long all the other girls see it.
 
I know exactly what you all are refering to .
At my job we have this girl who is in her late twenties and acts as if she's in her 70's . Every morning she show up late to work ( every morning !) 9:20 am then goes to the bathroom to get ready ,after that she goes and has breakfast and by the time she actually begins work is after 10:00 am .
Everyone thinks she is such a sweet person so they do not mess with her ,all the bosses are afraid of her because one time she got yelled at and she started crying and went to Human Resource . The bitch always cries when sh*t hits the fan .
Also she is two faced , not only is she lazy she is definetly not a pretty site to look at first thing in the morning ,she's overweight ,sloppy ,unattractive (both physical & mentally ) all day long she eats junk food and is a very bad example for our company .
Being at work we all try to be as professional as possible and we all just suck it in , but i'm glad at least we get to share this with some people here .
I am really fed up having to deal with this as when I have to have clients in our office she just gives all the bad vibes and a bad rep for all in our company .
I hope to God she reads this and gets the message or else or going to go postal just holding it all in ...
 
There’s always someone at any given job who tries to be a smart a$$ and get away with lazzyness. Believe me the boss does know it. I try never to complain about it, because they will be the first to go when there’s a change of administration or a downsizing. Anyway they never get any raise or any good bonuses or any credit for anything, just for being lazzy—that’s when they get fired.

I’ve seen people stir up trouble and it’s always the same story. They play good for a while,then they go back to being lazzy again. By that time you can’t complain anymore because then you’d be the pain in the a$$.
