The landlord of the building where Hot 97 rents from, went to the union to discuss the "new" contract they want Hot 97 to sign with a clause reading that they no longer want a posse of rappers in the building all at one time. They will allow one rapper and maybe one more person and that its. They also want Hot 97 to contact the union before they have these events/interviews with the rappers so that they can have cops and other securities at the building beforehand. The other employees of other companies in the same building are concerned with their safety. So Hot 97 has until next week to decide if they will agree with the new contract terms.

What a mess!!!!!

Maybe if these artists could keep their "entourage" under control, maybe stuff wouldn't happen.

Well if I worked in the same building I would be very concerned also about my safety coming in and out of the building. Unfortunately, this is what it's come to now.
