Hopefully,all this attention the song is getting will benefit Shannon as well as Chris Barbosa who help write and produced the song.

I was flippin' through the tv today right now and I stumbled upon Ellen dancing to the original "Let the music play".Just think about how uptempo music was looked down upon 10 years ago. I know these things might be seen as minor but the direction that pop music has been taking is favorable to uptempo dance music again.
