another reason freestyle doesnt progress..everytime you get a new release its got three or four remixes of some old shit

He owes 1 more album to ZYX and yes, it will be Freestyle. He is also doing a side project that he will be releasing independently of Gospel music.

Johnny wanted me to let all of you know that he is no longer affiliated with ZYX Records, Read below a letter that was sent to the record label on his behalf:

To ZYX Records in Germany
Ms. Christa Mikulski

Re: Breach of Contract complete. Official release retroactive.

Dear Ms. Christa Mikulski,

After further counseling with legal advisors, and informed legal communicators. It has been brought to my attention that we are no longer in
joint partnership any longer, due to UN-fulfillment's by your company and contract agreements.
It has been set in motion and agreed upon by both parties that Juan Ortiz, would
release an album within 12 months of each recording material to insure marketing
and promotional stability of my recording Artist Juan Ortiz. This section of the
contract has been intentionally avoided.
Furthermore, no documentation has arisen regarding negotiations by both parties
in regard to lawyers on both sides agreeing and disagreeing what process and
parameters this contract would conducted it's self. Also note that at the end of
the contract signatures are to be in questioned based upon positioning of
signatures. These are questionable practices that must be address in a court of Law.
In passage to continue awaiting budget and Artist development, at this point would not be conducive and beneficial for both parties because of the relativeness of clear breach of contract on the part of ZYX Records in Germany. With deepest regret and disappointment, we have activated the breach of contract
agreement clause in set contract as purposed for the benefit of the Recording Artist Juan Ortiz (Aka- Johnny O).
This after sending back on August 11, 2004 a 30 day notice that was ignored by your company and so allowed the 30 days to past with no real solutions for accommodating true problems and budgeting considers. All witnessed and recorded
by Romeo Entertainment, Tanassi koulidis, Klingenstr. 126 70188 Stuttgart, Cell:+49 (0)178 - 6 17 30 29, who has become disillusioned by unprofessional behavior
on behalf of staff at ZYX Records in Germany.
Legal Parameters Set further here on this day 05/02/21 by Agreement by both parties this letter constitutes an official release of Contract from ZYX Records
and Juan Ortiz as set in legal terminology and contract stipulations as set by American Law and Justice. Based upon BREACH OF CONTRACT ON THE PART OF ZYX RECORDS OF GERMANY. As you can see I have legal representation on this matter, and I am sorry we can no longer honor your contract.
With deepest regret,

Your former Recording Artist And Legend in Freestyle;
Juan Ortiz (Aka Johnny O)

Yep! Totally right Taez!

Well, on the bright side at least Johnny O is still associated with APOLLO Productions over in Germany. Tanassi K & T.C. produced his tracks "Take Me Through The Night (Freestyle mix), "I'm So In Love" & "Dream Boy/Dream Girl" (w/ Ximena). I'll check with my pal Tanassi to see if any upcoming freestyle projects are in the works with Johnny O.
