Jay Leno and Katie Couric Swapping Spots

I read this the other day and I couldn't help but laugh. On May 12, Katie Couric is going to take Jay Leno's place as host of the Tonight Show and Jay is going to take Kstie's spot doing the co-anchoring of the Today show. Not saying it's a bad idea, I think it'll actually be fun to see them doing the opposite of what they really do. I'm guessing since it's May, the networks are trying to invent new ways of hitting sweeps. This should definitely be interesting. I'm a huge fan of both, so I'll be eager to see how it works out. Who knows...maybe it'll become the Tonight Show with Katie Couric and Today with Jay Leno. LOL

It would be funny if a serious story breaks out that day and he has to discuss it. That would be a disaster(and it would still kick CBS Early Show's a$$!!). It would be a disaster if The Tonight Show with Katie Couric beats Letterman in the ratings.:blah

Well Leno beats Lettermen at times, so I wouldn't be surprised if this stint beats him. Oh man, Leno discussing serious news? First time for everything!
