why is that I've gone ot look @ threads and they look like they're messed up

it shows 14 replys and Latin Nation being the last person, but when i check... I only see Ed's 1st post.....
what's up wit that?????
and the Wedding Pic thread that CHuck put up- I replied. but it says 1 reply and LMG was the last person, yet when u look into the thread u see all the responses,
