A Farmingdale man was been arrested yesterday for drunk driving with his three-year-old son in the car, Nassau police said.

John Kelly, 42, of Prospect Street was arrested after police observed him driving his 1988 GMC pickup truck westbound on Sunrise Highway in an intoxicated manner. Police found Kelly's son in a car seat in the rear cab of the truck. No injuries were reported and the child was removed from the scene by his grandfather.

Kelly has been charged with driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and was issued summons for vehicle and traffic law violations.

BTW......This guy is my X-SISTER-IN-LAW's husband!
 
hahah ur ex-bro inlaw :lol figures that it had to be someone from the past damn what a dickhead he is, i hope they take away his license for life and never give him the privilege of driving ever again for taking the life of little kid and puttin it into jeopardy esp his own son!!!!!
 
CoOl_AL_FrM_qNs.....he is my ex-sister in law's husband. I found out threw my sister, who found out from my ex-sister in law.

I really hate this guy cause my 13 year old neice was crying to me last week (this is the first time she ever opened herself up to me since my mom passed away) and he told me he was forced to live in the basement of the house by the courts and he shut the electricty off and pulled the AC's out of the house. He also burnt the telephone wires! the guy is a piece of shit. I wanted to kill him after I heard what he was doing to my neices!

no, he is my neices half brother. I feel bad for him becuase he neglects my neices all the time and treats them badly. I only wish she had left him sooner.
