while going thru some of my old billboard magazines - i decided to post how my girl SAFIRE was doing on some of the top radio stations across america with her hit BOY IVE BEEN TOLD- in the coming days, i'll be posting how other artist were doing with their hit songs during the peak of freestyle music- keep in mind that these are among the biggest stations in the country that reach audiences of a million or more each week. these numbers represent as stations were still adding her song to their playlist.

ENJOY!

As for the San Francisco #'s, I had bought that record around time the station at KMEL started playing it on the station. That station at that time played alot of freestyle and overall have a awesome lineup of personality DJ's and mixshows. In the early 90's they did change their format to Strictly R&B and Rap, ugh =(

and there are still people wondering why she was nominated as queen over others..LOLOL it boggles the mind. thank you purplepill, you are my friend😉..LOL

these are just the stations that were reporting to billboard magazine - there were still so many stations in many states that were still adding her music to their lineup -

this was just a taste to show those who may have doubted how successful her music was -:blah

Being backed up by a major label, plus being extremely talented really did push SAFIRE's music up the charts & played on top radio stations across the country.

Her music truly went a lot further than most of the other female freestyle artists -
