they just went and took 105 bucks out of my account

i went to my office over here and they are like oh u signed the contract allowing us to take what we need out...if we feel u use it often, we can make an average for u, and take it

what type of bullshit is taht

if i close my account i have to wait 30 days for a refund

i am fuming!!!

and whats worst is they havnet sent me a statement ever...i only use it to go to ny...if i go 2-3 times a week, thats a lot!!! thta isnt even 50 bucks a month :uzi

It happened to me the first time I got. I have mine set for $25. now. Just set the amount you want to be deducted. I rarely use it. But at least it's not a chunk like that. If I was you don't cancel it. You will regret it when you have to wait about 20mins. for the regular line.
 
yeah i didnt cancel...but i had a set amount, they say the comp can change it every 30 days...i choose the option to pay it myself via the internet or phone

i probabley wont get a refund, but for sure that 100 will last me for a very very long time

omg I totally agree!!!!!!! I call it "Pain in the ass pass" :bangbang I keep getting the same violations over & over which are from last August the day after the blackout!!!!!! :bangbang but u hafta admit it's all worth it when hundreds of cars are waiting to pay tolls & u fly by!!!!! 🙂
 
it is worth it, but not 100 + a month

and they wont even give me a statement or my account number so i can check the statement online

its bullshit

they can be charing me 10 times for the same toll, all i know
