I say it all the time to people who I really love. It's true that nothing in this life is sure. I have this crazy thing, especially with my daughter where she does not leave the house or go to sleep at night without hearing how much I love her. People always know whether or not it's true by actions, but it's always nice to hear it too.

Not only do I love saying it. but I also love hearing it..My husband constantly tells me he loves and one day asked me does he say it too much.. I said its NEVER enuff! 🙂
 
I have ment it everytime, but the first time you say it someone.....man is that scary. Talk about butterflies in the stomach.........

It's the coolest feeling.
