I just came across an old HOT 97 commercial from TV.....

I was watching an old VHS tape from late 88/early 89 that had old school wrestling (Hulk Hogan, Jimmy Snuka, etc lol), and there was a commercial for a Samantha Fox hotline! lol Then, a HOT 97 commercial came on. It had some girl walk into a dance studio and she put this little boombox radio on. You heard clips of Paula Abdul, Tone Loc, Denise Lopez (If You Feel It), Debbie Gibson, and The Cover Girls (Because Of You). That was so freakin cool lol 😀

Belive it or not, I remember that comercial. In 88 when my neighborhood first got cable, we got WOR on our cable system. And I used to see all the Hot97, Z100 and some old Lite Rock station that then NY Mets Catcher: Gary Carter did. They used to show them in between Mets games(During the Strawberry, Gooden, years!!)
