Well I started working out this week and my god am I sore. I have pain in place's I ddint't realize could hurt.There is this this Demon Child name Chris who is helping me train and I swear he gets a pleasure out of seeing my pain. I hope that the end justify's the mean's. I have this two piece bathing suit in mind.

Well pain is def there but I'm actually enjoying myself. I look forward to it and the stuff Im doing, I can do at home when I cant make it to the gym. I just keep thinking to myself

Yeah Michelle that what Im hoping for. There is this girl there who told me when she started she was 50 pounds over weight and so far had sheded 40 of those pounds. She seemed so happy when she told me it'worth it .
