I LOVE THIS FILM that stars JENNIFER CONNOLLY("LABYRINTH","CREEPERS a.k.a 'PHENOMENA","BEAUTIFUL MIND") and BEN KINGSLEY(GHANDI),it's abit depressing about JENNIFERS character losing her house for the wrong reasons and an PERSIAN family taking over and BEN's character not willing to do the right thing.There are no evil characters accept maybe the sate/IRS who has put all the caracter through hell!It makes you think about how things you do in life come back to you,even at the worst of times.The sceney of SAN FRANCISCO is beautiul,the acting excellent,and the film is short and to the point.I have a feeling THE ACADEMY AWARDS might take notice. :timetopar

I went and saw it about 2 weeks back, and I thought it was great. But I did have some minor problems with the movie, only becuase it was originally a book and anytime you turn a book into a movie, things get overdramatized, and in this case, some things were lost. But that's the only problem I had with it, otherwise it was really good. I hope the Academy takes notice of it...it's well deserved.

YEAH,IT is good and was not released in that many theatres and it made me think alot about life after I saw it.LOL,the movie is vey special to me.

That's how the book made me feel when I read it. But the book ends differently then the movie.

Hmm..I will definitly buy the film when it comes out on DVD.I guess Im also gonna have to read the book,thanks dreamgirl.
