Hi! My name is Sonja. I am currently stuck living in Mississippi for the next 2 years. I am really glad I found this site. I enjoy the mixes I can listen to while surfing the web, brings back so many memories. I've been listening to Freestyle since 1987, when I first saw TKA on Dance Party USA. I was living in Delaware at the time. From that point on I was hooked on the music. I was sad to see the decline of air play freestyle got after Hip Hop exploded and for a while, it was hard to get anything good freestyle wise. Now with the computer, there is no excuse in not knowing what is going on with this genre of music.
This music helps keep my sanity in a place where country music and southern accents are the norm. I can't wait to move!
Glad to have found this site, hopefully I'll make some good friends here 🙂

hey sonia! yeah, this site is pretty fun. i find out about a lot of new freestyle and release dates thru this site. people r kewl and there's even some artists (Cynthia, TKA, SaFire) posting on here.
