My taste is music is pretty obscure, but freestyle
okay-- i really need to know what these songs are! i use to know what these 2 were and now i have forgotten- please help 🙂 🙂 they are on a tape with babylove-heartbreaker, played in the same set from b91, a radio station in brooklyn, i am going to guess the year would have been 87 or 88.
keep in mind that these tapes are really overplayed and not clear, so please bear with me. here are drips and drabs and i am prollly way way off🙂- first one goes...

i will be extremely embarresed if these are not somewhat obscure freestyle songs, as i considered myself extremely knowledgable when it came to knowing/owning the 12" singles that not many people ever heard 🙂

This song is called "'Dis Girl" by Girls in Control. My friend Denise was the lead singer! So funny. I didn't think it was ever released. I have the 12" promo of it.

I have this song on a 12" record. This artist (Male) was a one hit wonder.

Actually 2 hit wonder...His 2nd song "Without You (I'll Never Be The Same)" received much more airplay than "Let Me The One".

thanks so much-- you know days after i posted this-- i remembered it was simon 🙂 im not sure if i remember "without you", i remember a song by romeo romeo called without you-i think it was called without you. anyway-- do you know if let me be the one is available on a comp. or would you happen to know if i can find it on mp3 or something? thanks so much!

sometimes the list wont come up ,cause they box where i have them hosted goes down for maintnance every now and then. I just checked it..its up
