hey everyone, can anyboby help me find this song. it is sung by a woman, it sounds more like newer freestyle very 90's sounding.

there's a song from the mid to late 80's, I think, that instrumentally sounds similar to pour it on by mason but has a female singing and the chorus sounds like 'I'm the queen of hearts, in need for love, just play the game ad it could be just you and me, if you need my love, you can have love snd I'll be your one and only love'...does anyone here know this latin freestyle/electro song?
