this one's actually not necessairly funny, it's more like a mildly sick scary story
here goes..
two brothers (let's call them mark and joe) grow up playing baseball and becoming really good at it. they make it to the major league and become huge superstars.
Mark and Joe are very happy with their lives and they don't want their great careers to end. One day, they both start a conversation about death.
"I hope they have baseball in heaven", said Mark. "I'd play all the time.. they'd probably have all the dead players from the baseball hall of fame playing in teams up there."
"Well how about this.." suggested Joe, "The first one of us who has to die will come back if possible and tell the other if there's baseball in heaven. That way the one of us who dies second might have something to look forward to after death."
The brothers agreed to do this as soon as one of them died. A couple years later, Joe was killed in a tragic plane crash. Mark was sad but still awaited his brother's return from the afterlife.
Late one night, mark was at home watching TV when in flew Joe, in spirit, through the window. Mark wasn't a bit frightened with this.
"Glad to see you back, Joe," said Mark. "So are you playing baseball up there?"
Joe replies, "I have good news and bad news. Good news first: It's absolute heaven up there. We get to play as much baseball as we want with Babe Ruth and DiMaggio and all the rest.. Since we're not human, we never get tired and we can just play all day."
Mark seems relieved. "Glad heaven's a good place to go. But what's the bad news?"
Joe says, "Well.. it's just that.. I told everyone that you'd be pitching for us tomorrow.
