My boyfriend and I just broke up. We where together for almost a year. I had to end the relationship because Im ready for the next step and he's not. We both love eachother very much. And we don't want to us to end. Did I make a mistake?

WELL I HAVE TO SAY YOU GOT TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU, I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM I FOUND MYSELF IN A SIMULAR SITUATION WANTING MORE AND REALIZED THAT PERSON WASNT GOING TO GIVE IT TO ME, ITS HARD TO WALK AWAY WHEN SOMETHING IS SO RIGHT OR EVEN FEELS SO RIGHT LIKE IN MY CASE. THERE IS LOVE INVOLVED IN YOUR CASE SO I KNOW HOW MUCH HARDER IT MUST BE, BUT MAYBE TIME APART WILL CHANGE THINGS, SHOW HIM WHY YOU WANT MORE AND WHAT IT IS YOU WANT.
