It's Wednesday night! Tomorrow night, I sit shoeless in my living room and prepare by CDs for Friday's "Wake Up Dancing" show.

The show airs from 6am to 9am Central on 88.7 FM, WLUW in Chicago and www.wluw.org . If there's something that you need to hear this Friday, post here in the "Requests" Forum, or forever hold your peace for another week!

By the way, I'm going to replay the Ashley interview for those of you who missed it the first time this summer when we originally discovered her music!

Tuesday the 6th of November marks my 38th year of existance. But since you heard me say 30, you can believe it if you'd like!

I remember when I was just a young mix deejay playing "Can You Move" by Modern Romance-what a killer cut. I wonder if I can find that tune?

Nope, I haven't been served yet. I would go out and pick up the music if only someone would stock it. I usually get stuff mailed to me by my friends in the business, but sometimes even they aren't able to access the new music.

Isn't it interesting that the labels who need the play the most don't always go out and seek the shows which support the movement?

I'm not saying, I'm just saying.

And yes, these smaller labels have a harder time promoting, but FORD over at Nebulous Records has been very good to me about getting me info and promo stuiff on the new one "Will I Find True Love" for my Noel site.

BTW, I've heard it's a proven fact that those who "wake up dancing" have a happier outlook on the rest of the day - and it's true - I read it somewhere a long time ago!
