This is right in my backyard. My friend is supposed to get me in. This show sell out quick. So...its a big if right now.

oh come on now..im still getting over the summer being over and halloween is being pushed in my face allready.. stores have the decorations up and the candy out allready..guess they will be putting christmas tress up next week at this rate!!!

you know i was in big lots the other day and the halloween shit was already out, and i told my wife the same thing, well come back next week and the x-mas stuff will be out 🙂🙂

LMAO! - I thought the same at the stores yesterday.
But isn't that how they always did it? They always put stuff out about 1-2 months before 'whatever' Holiday. But with Horror Nights the truth is, it starts this month.

For us in FL it will continue to be summer UNTIL Halloween, lol.
And it does get chilly here beleive it or not.

Kenny have u ever gone to the Amityville House? Is it just sitting there?
Inhabited? Or used as an attraction? I heard they changed it.
(For me Halloween is like my bday, Xmas, & New Years all rolled into one!😀)

the new horror on long island is the amount of illegal aliens out and about!!

Hey CultureClash...you seem to like this stuff as much as I do (maybe...ha ha).

As long as I've been living in Florida (Tampa), I've hit HHN since HHN III from way back...when it USED to be practically adult exclusive and not even close to being SUPER crowded...those days are long gone since the ads & billboards are everywhere and the houses have over 2-hour waits on busy nights. 🙁

the last 3 or 4 years I've gotten the Express Pass AND hit the place on an off-peak night in early October...its STILL mad crowded....so for the first time in 15 years...I MIGHT actually skip HHN this year...the houses are still the bomb & the recent addition of the Rocky Horror show is total BUTTA...but its lost some of its luster with all the drunk a$$e$, fights & crowds...

Something you MIGHT wanna check out if your in Central Florida is Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens Tampa...in early October & on a weekday night, its usually pretty dead & you could do some houses TWICE if you wanted to...and is almost up there with HHN as far as quality houses go....

By the way, I worked at Howl-O-Scream as a SCARE ACTOR 2 years now going on 3 (Not sure if I'm doing this year...still not 100% decided)...its even FUNNER being on the OTHER side...being the "scaree"!

Anything Halloween/Horror has always been a part of my life. And have done some scareactor stuff for fun in the past, (but not for HHN).
I'm always scaring my fam & friends all year-round. lol

I don't like Howl-O-Scream, it's not as good as Universal's. And yes Universal's was much more intense years ago, this will be my 10th yr attending HHN, so I know what u mean 'bout how it used to be, but it's still fun.
Maybe this year they will bump it up a notch and go back to the intensity. (looks like it). So let's see what they have for us. I'll be there. 😀

Oh it'll be intense...there was a period a few years ago (when HHN got moved to Island of Adventure) where the quality went WAAAAY downhill. Its almost like they didn't even try. When they brought it back to the original park, it got MUCH better.

BTW, I went to auditions this weekend for HOS & they were CANCELLED...they're all "full" for scare actors. Bummer! Oh well, gives me a free & clear October...no complaints there! 😀
