ok ive been dying to know what this song was, who it was by for years and stumbled upon it on freestyle frenzy 5 cd.

now is that versions available on a gigi dagostino single release??? and which?

i bought the german cd single and it doesnt have that mix. so disappointed. luckily it was only $5. but still. not happy.

anybody know?

One of the top freestyle singles in Canada for 2001; The promo single includes freestyle club and edit mix and the
'bla bla mix" which appears on the cd and was also pressed on some remix services and compilations in the US.

You can also find it on the 2001 gold selling compilation from Popular/Universal Canada "Freestyle Frenzy Vol. 5" which also includes other freestyle mega hits by Whigfield "Much More" by remixed Toronto's DJ EM, The Underdog Project and many more.

any genere faced with possible extinction will encompass a wider range, to stay alive. styles of music that may not have been considered freestyle in years past are now being considered as such. when theres lack of quality supply, you're left with little choice. alternatively there would be no "freestyle" compilations. and i dont think anyone wants that.
 
the version on freestyle frenzy 5 to me is considered more like breaks. kinda sonique like.

so to verify there IS an extended version of what is on freestyle frenzy 5???
 
Gigi had a phat song called the Riddle or something like that! Not freestyle but a cool track nevertheless!

L'Amour Toujours I'll Fly With You (Bla Bla Bla) remix kinda sounds freestyle...not the original tho...and no Gigi D'Agostino is not freestyle. The Riddle was a good song he has a few good songs I got his cd it's real good.

Freestyle Frenzy is a good cd has Dimi's best song on it lol...I had the cd actually got stolen when they broke into my car a few yrs back...I bought it at HMV but haven't been able to find it since.
 
Gigi is not a freestyle artist by any means; but the three remixes that were pressed for Canada are. Breaks, breakbeat, electro and planet rock; in addition to the traditional american latin hearthrob are an integral part of the global freestyle sound. As an example,Many outside of Europe and Canada do not consider electro sounds by a german act like Freestyle Project "freestyle"; of course everyone is entitled to their opinion. Enjoy the music and the Canadian Freestyle "Heaven" and "Frenzy" series which include plenty of breaks, breakbeat, electro and old school hearthrob in its packages; there is something for all tastes.
