i decided to post the following facts to show any non believers how huge freestyle music was back in the days. The following info comes from a nov 2,1988 edition of billboard maganzine. Listed are the top radio stations across the country that had a weekly audience of anywhere between 250,000 to 1 million listeners per week. I've listed the station and the artist whose music was being played on their playlist.
