Do you knows who and when that "freestyle music" was named ?
Because some place call the style as a different name. For exemple:
In Brazil, in some states it is called as funky melody and others as "miami". Some remixes in european singles has remixes totally as freestyle, but they're called as electro or break beat. Some 2 step musics sounds like freestyle too.
So different names for just one beat.

Emerson- I understand the confusion, but it's funny at the same time. "Funky Melody"- Stevie B, no? "Miami", as in Miami Freestyle. "Electro", "2 Step" & "Break Beat", as in "what's hot in Europe & the underground scene".

Very interesting how it just all comes together.

Thanks for the freestyle lesson Freestylefreak. The only informations about freestyle we have is though internet, no magazines, newspaper and radios tell any info about it.
