How you doing. My name is Manny. I am the guy who started the thread. LOL The freestyle music conference is an idea that I had, but it is up to us all to make this work. I do not believe I alone should take the lead in this. I hope that I can get your help and support with this as well. Many things need to be done to get this off the ground.

i think something like i originally said each city would have members and presidents,. like a branch,. then survey clubs and fan out,.

i tell you what here while im on vacation,. in miami freestyle is not doing well at all on powr 96.5,.

havent heard one freestyle song since i got here,. even though theres one real good dance station,. 93.1
 
The conference is a great idea Manny...as I told you in the past.

You should take the lead and organize something in NY City or Miami. April/May (for instance) could be a perfect period.

If the professionals (labels, producers, DJs, artists, websites, magazines, remixers, retail stores, etc.) still believe in our music; they'll come.
Don't forget to invite couple of fans to this conference.

here in miami,fla there is a winter music conf. every march in s.beach area performers/dancers/songwriters and yes even us dj's come from around the world to be there to discuss/play/perform etc.. it's a great time to bring freestyle here and they usally do(last year rockell and others were here at some clubs)lets get are minds and freestyle music together so we can make it happen........vapro
