You can always tell if something still have a sense of councious with people. That is when people still talk about it and argue over it. On the Freestyle Talk thread, I just that; Talk, arguing and passion for the music. With all that, this tell you, Freestyle may not dominate TRL, get heavy rotation on Z100 nor have success on American Top 40(Ryan Seacrest is a wuss), but with everybody still talking about Freestyle music, going to these shows; FREESTYLE IS NOT DEAD! One Question; if Freestyle was dead; why is CF in existence?LOL

Freestyle is very much alive and there are some incredible releases from new artists in sites for the very near future.

I have always had mixed feelings about coming to this site. On one hand, the support from JackG and many others has been amazing. They give respect to new artists in the genre who are pushing ahead because of a tremendous love and respect for what has come before them. We don't make Freestyle music because we see "money" or "instant fame". We do it because we love and feel Freestyle music. We do it because we believe in our hearts that this music means the world to us. And we are going to keep moving forward and make this happen.

On the other hand, sometimes (with some) it seems that people really don't want anything new to happen with Freestyle (even if they claim something different). They like the "classic" songs and they will always have great memories and such for them. And that's exactly how they want to keep it.

I'm not bothered at all by those who don't give us "new" artists a chance. Freestyle is moving forward without or without them. I hope that all the unity we all try and talk about on this website comes to a moment of truth one day. I will always love the "haters" and the "supporters" of the new wave because in the end, it's about a love for Freestyle music. And that's what's important to me.

I've been blessed to so far be involved with some of the most talented and amazing people in the music industry today-Elissa, Frank Vena, Carlos Berrios, Corina, Pete Zavala, Caleb B, etc. And I look forward to working with many others soon (including all you Freestyle Fantasia artists! Can't f**king wait!!! It's gonna be off the hook-Caleb, Jessica, Angelino, Six2Night, Luis, Alvendia... it's gonna rock! I feel blessed to be included and can't wait to perform with you all.)

Thank you JackG again for your support. It is greatly appreciated.

Freestyle truly is forever.

Very well said 🙂

Not to be a jerk but I kind of see it like this. Freestyle, while alive, is sort of like a homeless person in the sense that while the music industry will ocassionally throw a dollar or two it's way, for the most part they walk right by and ignore it. Anyone else know what I am saying?

Freestyle and Disco have alot in common. They both had their time and true fans still support the music but they wont see the day of light again except on Flashback stations, etc
