That's pretty cool TonyG...it's weird when you think
of Freestyle in France or other foreign countries..
but ya never know...It's not about the country its
about the music...it reaches people at heart.
Freestyle seems to be popular also in Germany...
I remember K7, telling me once he received fan mail
from a fan in Germany... Now how cool is that! !😉

Back in 1995 - 1996 when I was the AR for a freesytle radio show in Chicago, there was freestyle in France. I used to fax my playlist to a guy who seemed to be pushing freestyle huge over there. You guys talk different languages (spanish, italian,filipino) so will I! BON CHANCE MON AMIS EN FRANCE! Don't forget that freestyle was or still is huge in Canada as well.

you are absolutely correct, the fans emails have to be responded to.
We as artist know that without the fans supporting our music we would not be successful. Just as we take the time to write or record a song we must also interact with the fans , and take time out to sign pics and mail them out.
Nu Image beleives strongly in this our fans our # 1 to us.
just in this last year we have made many new fans who never even heard of Nu Image or our music . We are very greatful to be so blessed.

As for freestyle in France i'm sure it has existed , but the market can be a lot bigger if we really push freestyle in the European market.

We are constantly meeeting more and more people from Europe that like this music but are not familiar with the artist , so we need to expose the artist aswell as the music.

I want to clarify the situation about my country France.

There is no Freestyle on the radios, clubs, French Dance labels, etc. since around 1992.

Since few months ago, only a DJ called Dominique Torti is playing Old School Freestyle songs (mainly Electro Freestyle) from to time in his own radio show "Da Maax" dedicated to the House music genre. The radio show is every saturday night from 10 PM to 01 AM on Europe 2 radio station.

Hope that help everyone to understand that there is no Freestyle music in France.
