For all the Dj's....Technics Vs Vestax

An age old debate I know but always interesting to hear what people have to say.

I personally use Technics but have heard a lot of good things about Vestax so which deck does the business for you?

Maybe another name is successful for you like Numark who have released what they believe to be a serious competitor to the 2 with the TTX premium turntable but what do you think?

I personally think the technics 1200's are the best tables ever made for DJing, I've spun on many different types including vestax and even those crappy turntables that gemeni put out in the early '90s. Nothing has the power and durability of the 12's, in fact I had a friend that did a gig and at the end when loading his gear into his ride put one of his 12's on top of the car and forgot to load it in. He drove maybe 100 ft or so and the turntable went crashing to the ground, and it still worked the only major damage was that the dust cover was cracked.
