Can anybody give me some information about this album?
Is it 100% Freestyle?

The only album that I am aware of "BABY DON'T GO" by FFWD being on is: THE BEST OF CRIMINAL RECORDS: THE FREESTYLE COMPILATION (1995 Criminal Records/Hot Productions).

This is an excellent album, a definite must have for any hardcore Old School Freestyle fan. It is 100% pure Freestyle featuring some rare, hard-to-find and previously unreleased tracks!

3. PLAYGIRL - Babie & Keyes
4. ROSES ARE RED - Maribel
5. LET'S SPEND THE NIGHT ALONE - Babie & Keyes

7. LOVE IS BLIND - Rahsun
8. TAKEN - Darlene
9. THE ONLY ONE - Babie & Keyes
10. MIRACLE EXPLODE - Tina B.

ok, the song is availible on "3" compilations. the first, which Rhoq has mentioned was on BEST OF CRIMINAL RECORDS.

The second was availible on THE BEST OF HOUSE MUSIC" VOLUME 2, although it may not be the version you are looking for.

Finally, the third is availible on THUMP RECORDS "Freestyle Explosion Vol. 7".

I'm not familar with #2 - I don't listen to House Music.

#3 - I don't own any of the Freestyle Explosion CDs (they seem to contain the same old songs).

Anyways - Sorry for the oversight. 😉
 
Rhoq, everybody listened to house back in the day!! it was just as hot as freestyle in the clubs, tehy practically went hand in hand. tunes like "gotta have house", "you used to hold me", "work it the bone" and "girl I'll house you" were just some of the classics back in the day!
 
I'm familiar with some of the house classics (I even have a few that you mentioned at home). I just don't listen to house music.

Hey Ken man!! My favorite one "JACK your body"!! (No pun intended)
"Can you feel it" & "Do it to the crowd". You're right, they ,at the time were one.
 
I heard that there is a full lenght CD by FFWD on Hot Productions...

Also several online stores are listing it...

So maybe I should just order it and wait what comes?! 😉
 
Hmmm - interesting.

I never knew of an FFWD album. It seems that Amazon is the only store that I could find it on. They did not have a track listing or any copies in stock. 🙁

I know that in the past, Hot Productions had listings of "phantom albums", meaning that the CDs never existed but yet a title still showed up in distributor/vendor catalogs and on-line. It's possible that this album by FFWD is one of those phantom titles that never existed.

It's possible, buy I doubt it. It's more than likely that Hot purposely released false information as a means of making it appear that their catalog was larger than it actually was. Like I said, on many occasions, they released names of albums that never existed and had them listed in distributor/vendor catalogs an on on-line retail outlets!!!
