After a great 4 year run, The Freestyle File Saturday Night Dance Party will be done...

Our 2 final shows will be:
June 11th with Special guest to be announced...

Ok....Please bear with me on this long post so I can properly show those the impact of this Internet Radio Show and properly show my appreciation...

In my opinion, this show has been a great avenue for Old School Artist and opened many doors for the New School as well. We have opened and introduced music that you haven't heard in years or just didn't know was made. Hell, we even help break out some DJ's and other radio shows.
Contest with tons of giveaways & slamming remixes from DJs all over the globe.
This was done all for you , the FANS and for the love of the Genre.
I can't thank enough to everyone who has written to me over the past 4 years about how this show affected them and showed me their appreciation.
We have the best FANS in the world !!!!!

There are different reasons why we are ending the show, but not for the reasons some of you may think. So, think what you want and post at the other sites what you want. It doesn't matter to me at all. I know this move will make many happy, but at the end of it all, you guys that haters were, are and always will be losers.

Honestly, I can finally have my weekends again,lol, to spend time with Nyasia, my kids and hopefully move to Florida soon (yeah to warmer weather,lol)

Speaking for MYSELF only, I will also be leaving all the forums, so this is also a farewell to Club Freestyle. Much of my time was spent on forums and although I have met many great people and gained a fan base, the aggravation it has caused my personal life supersedes all that. There are far better things to do...I will occasionally peek in here and there,lol.

The web site will continue to run with all the mixes from DJ Paradise & Dayer, so you can always go there to find new remixes.
Will the Live Radio Show return? Who knows..........

Banging Beats Volume 2:
The double cd mixed by Steve and myself was just finished last week.
It should have a release date of July or sooner.

I will still be managing all her music affairs, naturally,lol.....
She will still be performing at various venues until the end of the year.

I would like to thank the original members (June, Tim, Pete and Benny) for their time, energy & money. Although, 2 of you are/have currently spoken sh*t and lies about me, I still thank you, but very disappointed to say the least....(yes, I found out, go figure,lol)--- Life moves on......

I would like to thank my current fellow members (Nyasia and Dayer) for resurrecting the File earlier this year. You ladies are the greatest and showed everyone that File was still the best despite all the rumors.

I would like to thank all the sites that supported The File through the years.
Although we had our ups & downs, a special thanks to Club Freestyle & Latin Freestyle.

Thanx to Mickey Garcia and Diamond Boy Luis for getting us on the air at Latino Mix 105.9 FM in New York. The Santana Twins on getting me out of the pause button of my tape deck and really getting me into the realm of editing on the PC.

Finally, a huge thanx to all the fans who has stuck with me from the beginning and showing everyone that a little rinky dink Internet show can make some huge noise.
You guys are the absolute best fans PERIOD !!!!!!! (yeah even you...the Haters,lol)

many Freestyle Lovers. Your devotion to Freestyle is outstanding and your
hard work...I mean REAL Hard work will never be forgoten. You are truly an
asset to Freestyle and help it along these last few years in a major way.

DJ Paradise, the entire Freestyle File Crew Nysaia and Dayer your guys are
the greatest people I have ever met. I hope we can still hook up from time to
time and reflect back on all the true fun and love we shared.

The doors will always be open for you in Freestyle and especially on
ClubFreestyle.

I used to tune in from time to time and it indeed was marvelous work from Dj Paradise and the crew. I wish all of you guys the best as you was an important asset to Freestyle music and more important...real devoted fans. The fact is there was no Freestyle show as good as the file show. It deserved major airplay. If were were in the late 80's early 90's he would be a household name.

Now these new internet freestyle shows have got BIG shoes to fill. I hope that Martin
will help some of these guys to be their best and bring Freestyle fans some real
quality shows.

Well there isn't much I can say to add to this, but here are my two cents..lol.

yes peeps will talk shit about why your leaving, or that they were the ones to bring you down..LOL (if you can believe that) but the truth of the matter is that, just like you said life does move on, and you no longer wished to stay in the Peter Pan world of the two talking shit about you (which is s shame cause people actually thought our relationship caused all this bull!..lol) anyway..you gave US all great times, great music! a place to go to on Saturdays to listen to the music we could no longer hear at the clubs we frequented. All in All YOU were the backbone of the File, without your mixing there would be no file, without your extreme and excellent edits, there would be no file plain and simple.

Like many have always said, your a great man, a fantastic human being, you always gave from the heart even when you were at your lowest points. I know this music and this show has been a deep part of DJ Paradise, and you showed that in everything you did for US the fans. Speaking for myself...I don't think thier will EVER be anyone who will do what you have done for the love of freestyle, the music, the fans, the artists.

We are losing a great DJ, remixer, editor, but like you stated before life moves on, and you have decided to move with it, to better yourself, your life, to stop dealing with the drama, from so called friends. One day it will all be known, and the truth will be out there and it will shut up all those shit talkers.

Thank you so much for everything you've given me as one of your biggest fans, thanks for everything your giving me now.

I love you and I can always get you to mix for me at home!

That is sad but life goes on and you have do what you have to do.,,To me there was no single backbone for the file.They all had a special part in making it fun..Even if yall have bad feelings for eachother that is wrong and unprofessional to bring it out like that for everyone to see.That only brings you down to a level where I know your better than ...I have listened for as long as I can remember and am very thankful to ALL the file for the years that made my saturdays fun to look forward to when I was away from home.I wish you the best in everything you decide to do . .Ill deff be looking out for the bangin beats

I wasn't aware of any drama... but I hope the Freestyle community lashes out
at the haters for attempting to destroy freestyle. The community should see
their true colors and ban them from all of freestyle. Its people like that who will
be happy when they kill all the freestyle loving peoples hearts and dream...and
LOVE.

CF Members be strong and know that Freestyle is in our hearts. Its a true love
that cannot be sapped out of us. DJ Paradise as someone very close once told
me has freestyle in his blood. In his heart. Nobody can take that away from him.
We will be here for him and always provide an open avenue for him to reach the
masses.
