Does anyone have the Numark mixer with the built in Kaoss Pad? I was thinking about purchasing it it. Any opinions???

I have the Kaos pad from Korg. It it a pretty cool piece for effects. I don't know how good the numark is, but if it's anything like the pad I have it's worth the money.

Can you use the effects while the music is playing(live)? Or do you have to sample it first and then effect it?

Live, its a pretty amazing, with endless effects. It also has a sampler.

Thanks for the help. One last question...Exactly what effects does it have? I know it says it has flangers, reverbs, echoes, and stuff, but what else? Thanks.

It has reverb, delay, filter, flanger. 60 effects programs. 5 seconds of sampling. Time stretch, plus you can retrigger and reverse sampled phrases with the X-Y pad. Hope that helps a little.
