In addition to the fallen interest in Freestyle, Cynthia wanted to take a hiatius from music to go to school and study for:

a) broadcasting
b) Nursing
c) Mathmatics
d) Science

Purple Pill, you are correct!!! She went to school in the mid 90's to study nursing, but in the late 90's she caught the Freestyle bug again!!:yeey :yeey
 
Cynthia? A nurse? Not a good idea. All the male patients would go into cardiac arrest as soon as they peep the "Puerto Rican goddess" in that tight, white, nurse uniform! Dammit, my heart's starting to race just thinkin' about it!

I can picture her running from floor to floor making it better and worse at the same time. lol

Dunno why I envision her doing everything in high heels? :stoned
 
That would be a good vision. But, I can gather that Cynthia is a very together person who had lots planned on the side if The Music thing did not go well. She seems like a very confident person with all the interviews I read of her. The DMA Interview in 1998 was the best.
 
Anybody else know this... Freestyle used to be called Latin Wave!!!🙂 At least that's what I used to refer to it.🙂 Back in the 80's!
 
I don't think I read a DMA interview. Is it on their site? Not sure if I caught that one.

Of course she's got it together. You gotta to maintain a full-time job, balance a singing career, and be a single mother raising a boy! Shyt, just lookin' at all those jobs makes me tired. :stoned
