Didn’t think anything of it
When she went outside for just a bit
You see she needed some fresh air
Needed to get out of there
Felt like the walls were suffocating her and caving in
Taking the air from her lungs that she couldn’t breathe
So she grabs her things and walks out the door
Having no idea what was in store
The rain was falling hard slapping her face
But she didn’t feel it she just kept walking in her fast pace
Her hair stuck to her drenched from the rain
Tears stinging her eyes but she didn’t feel the pain
Lost in her own thoughts she walks aimlessly
Trying to block the voices in her head unsuccessfully
Distant faces passed her by but she unable to see thru the mist
Where’s she headed is anybody’s guess
Her thoughts were with him
How everything had went wrong even then
She pushed the strands of hair away from her eyes
And took a step forward not hearing the screams or cries
She was lying on the ground and there stood a lady
She could hear herself saying “My Baby my baby”
The lady in white just smile down at her and stretched out her hand
She felt her life draw in her last breath and…
That’s when she heard sirens and steady voices behind her
She then heard the lady voice tell her Baby Girl its not your turn
She felt herself grasping for breath and opened her eyes
A man stood there and said Thought we lost you thought you died.
She put her hand on the womb and smile
And said Nope not yet seems God wants me here for a lil while
