Coach Carter is a dope flick. I was living in Richmond Cali when all that was actuallly going on. Good Story, but with the actors that they used, it didn't feel like a story about Richmond. The actors had NY accents. They should of got the Bay Area lingo part down. Here in the bay we don't call each other 'B' or 'son' and I only heard 'Hella' one time in the entire flick. Also there weren't enough Mexicans in the flick, c'mon peeps, it was supposed to be Richmond. Also I didn't see enough 'SUR TRECE XIII' or 'RST' on the walls, LOL, that stuff is tagged all over Richmond. Also, the flick would of been better if it were actually shot in Richmond. They should of showed 23rd St with all the Cholos kickin' it on the strip since Richmond High is on 23rd St. Anywayz, I know this flick was about Coach Carter and his team but it was still focusing on how hard it is to grow up in Richmond so they should of made it more Richmond like IMHO.
