Does anyone know of any Christian Freestyle artists? or songs? and ways to get it? I have seen a few posts about Rachel Lampa, but I haven't heard it yet...so let me know...thanks

The only "christian freestyle" I ever heard was 10 years ago when someone made a song called "dance like david" & it was to the same beat as "when I hear music"

Well, Well, Well, Look whos posting?? I got a a christion comp that has about 3 or 4 Freestyle tracks. Its on a label called "N-Soul Records". But I can't remember that name of the comp just yet. I'll post it up in a laterz okay? The only thing that I remember is that its a Vol.3, thats it! You might want to see if they have a website,

Cozmik Latina if you want Christian Freestyle listen listen to Jaci Velasquez "Junto A Mi" on Jaci Velasquez's cd Llegar A Ti,Jaci Velasquez "Llegar A Ti dance version" on the Sony compilation MLB Caliente is good,Rachael Lampa "Shaken" and "Live For You" are Latin pop psuedo Freestyle songs on Rachael Lampa's cd "Live For You",George Lamond's "Heaven In My Hands" and the Spanish version "El Cielo Te Dare" are very spiritual Christian Latin pop songs that are pseudo Freeestyle,TKA "Maria" discusses Kayel's Christian love for a barrio girl who dates a drug dealer but really loves him and he prays for her salvation to the Lord above.Maria is very spiritual and romantic.With Christian Love Always,Omar 🙂

Shit man, now I know I'm in hell! Freestyle is not, never was and never will be from the bible belt despite what you "new schoolers" may think. This is the main reason why I get sick when I come to this board, seeing how Freestyle has metamorphosed into an other-worldly music. No disrespect to Christians I myself am one who was "fortunate" enough to spend 10 years in private school, but c'mon gimme a break!!

with that kinda language u have a seat reserved in hell, mister! lol...JK..I am sorry to hear that you get sick, just take some medicine and realize that Freestyle is a STYLE of music. Get with the NOW, man! lol. I think its great that it can be used to talk about anything, especially GOD or one's faith. Just like any other music, if you don't like it don't listen to it, right?

Yo Omar, I was gonna be a Priest, I was the Fanciscans for 4 years. Anyways, The name of the compilation is called "NITRO PRAISE 3". I don't remember what number there on now, but this comp is the only vol. to have freestyle tracks on it. Wait up, I should post you the track listing.

As a Born Again Christian, I do not own many Christian CD's. I own a total of maybe 10. The Nitro Praise series is the Bomb! I also only own 2 Jaci Velasquez cd's. I highly recommend Nitro Praise!

Hey D That is so funny that you knew about that Nitro Praise CD, I was gonna say that because that was the only christian freestyle tracks that I have ever heard. There are some other pretty good Christian dance groups out there, but not really freestyle. If you like trance\euro\house checkout, Cloud 2 Ground, World Wide Message Tribe, and AJ Mora. To be honest I dont really like the Nitro Praise series too much, they just don't have any real feeling or emotion to them. It's a good effort but just doesn't quite hit me. I bought a couple of them and they are alright. However the freestyle tracks tripped me out because I wasn't even expecting them. I actually turned in a demo to N-Soul records back about 5 years ago and they said they liked it and then they never would call me back. Oh well...things happen for a reason. Who do you know from there D??

I know of this Christian CD called "tha bloodline" its a compilation of local artists from Dallas. Most of it is Hip Hop, some bilingual, most of the artists on it are hispanic. AND...there are 2 freestyle *soundin* songs on there that I really like.
"Reach Down" by a guy, I forgot his name - a kinda mellow or slower pace
"Treasure of My Heart" by Apt 23 (female)- more of an upbeat freestyle song
If anyone wants information on this CD and how to get it, EMAIL ME! I would be happy to give that up and support my local freestyle artists. 😀
