Ah, I knew about "Amiga". I actually have that Latin album "Sangre Nueva" that she released in 1993 during the Freestyle to Salsa craze!

"Soy, Sangre Nueva, sangre fresca...."
 
Love her also and def, my favorite Chrissy tune is, "You and Me"....
 
I think Chrissy I-Eece has such an awesome voice. Love Desire is definitely a classic freestyle song!

Yeah, if she didn't convert to "born-again" Christian, I actually believe she could've done more with her talent. She's no India (but very, very similar), but her voice is incredible.

I happen to LOVE Chrissy! She is an awesome person and has a great heart. Her voice is one that I hold in high regard.. she's got some pipes on her. Considering God gave her the gift... I don't doubt that he is pleased she has decided to sing his praises.. I will always love her work and always look forward to the day I see her again...

She and I did a duet at Jimmy's Bronx Cafe - Karaoke night many years ago... sang enough is enough by Barbara Streisand and Donna Summer that tore the house down... LOL.. a memory I'll NEVER FORGET!

You two did not sing "Enough Is Enough"?! That is like one of the hottest duets in music history. Barbara and Donna at that time were already established diva's and it took them a whole lot to put shit aside and record that duet and they killed it! And that was the only duet they did, considering how huge it was! But you have to listen to the 9 minute version for the overall impact of that song. It may be September 7, 2005....but I'm still rockin' "Enough Is Enough" to this day.
 
I love her. She's one of my faves definately for sure. I want to get all her songs as well. I find her to be an awesome singer. "you & me" I never heard. Though I'm sure it's a great track. Just today I was rocking 5 versions/mixes of "Love Desire" @ the gym. Go figure, lol. But it gets my testosterone flowing that the song is that good I get into my workout. If someone reads this thread let her know about it. Love her. She's awesome person with a great smile and can still sing. JOD: "Love Desire" Extended version.
