Aside from Johnny, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE IS CAROLLYNN TOWNES?

Who is she? Well try the song "I FREAK FOR YOU"

JOHNNY, WAS THAT A GREAT SONG OR WHAT? BACK IN 1985 (summer) This song was played constantly at Casanovas....in HIALEAH...yeah, that place was the BOMB.

Everyone who wanted to hear the latest/oldest/to be released songs, THAT WAS THE PLACE TO GO.

BUT, that's another subjest all together.

Carollynn Townes also sings "99 1/2".

Sometimes, but, not for a long time now, Jammin Johnny would play her songs....sometimes upon my request a day ahead...however, not recently.

So, if anyone can give me feedback, I'd appreciate it.

hey what's up!
i have her song 99 1/2 from the breakin' movie..but im missing that other one you mentioned. by the way i remember casanovas very well, although i was to young to enter i did record the freestyle show's that were aired on power 96 saturday nights. i still have a whole bunch of them.....i use to hang out at 1235 in south beach plus at hot wheels skating center. that place was so much fun!

Dude, you went to 1235? Was that place cool or what? I have GREAT MEMORIES of that place.

My first time trashed was there.LOL

We hooked up in the VIP area and me and my 2 girls just partied....nothing but save party...just a bunch of uneducated drinkers,,trying out from the most expensive bottle to the cheapest drink..LOL

Then dancing competition amongst us...DRUNK AND ALLLLLLLL,,,, I'D OUT DO THEM DANCING..LOL

Now, well, now I'm a vet and can't handle that much dancing....still I hold the record.

I have on 12" I Freak For You...let me know if you want me to BURN A CD 4-YA.

CLUB 1235

1235 was da bomb!! i use to go there all the time for teen night. this is back in 87-88 before they re-named it decos. what fun that was....i think i saw every freestyle artist perform there. i also remember sneaking backstage and hanging with tolga, linear,stevie b,jaya,merci mercy,paris by air,secret society...those were the days......hey freestylevet how old are y0u?
and how was ALCAZABA on saturday? did you finally get to meet the boys alex & mike? i couldn't go cuz i had to go to work. maybe next time.....

I was a sell out on Mike on Saturday...I was too tired to drive under the rainy conditions.

I did not feel like getting there at 12:30 and leaving at 3:00am or earlier.

I went to bed late Friday night and was woken up by family members at 9:30 Saturday morning....CAN WE SAY...PISSED THE SH**T OUT OF ME?

YEP!!!

So, I decided to get some rest on Saturday night after leaving my brothers house for dinner.

As for my age?

If I tell you, when you see me you'll say...UH-UH (YOU AIN'T THAT OLD)...I'm younger than 40 and older than 25........let's just leave it at that..

BY THE WAY,,,IF I CELEBRATE MY B-DAY AT ALCAZABA WILL YOU GUYS HAVE A COUPLE OF DRINKS WI/ME?

My b-day falls on Mothers day 5/13, but I want to celebrate after midnight on 5/12.
