RMD Dance Expands Licensing Agreement With Magic Records/Universal Music
Group For Distribution Of New C And C Music Factory Album

RMD Dance Inc. announced today it has expanded its licensing agreement with
Magic Records/Universal Music Group to include distribution of an entire
album by C and C Music Factory in Poland and Ukraine. The original licensing
agreement was for distribution of a hit single: Freedom Williams/C and C
Music Factory's "Everybody Dance Now...Sweat." This song has sold over nine
million copies to date, making it the music industry's all-time leader.

Universal Music Group is one of the three largest music companies in the
world. It is also the distributor for Magic Records, which is currently the
largest selling music label in Poland and Ukraine. RMD Dance Inc. is a
subsidiary of RMD Entertainment, Inc., which presently trades on the Over
The Counter Pink Sheets under the stock symbol DRMH.

Commenting on the new contract, Giorgio Costonis, President of RMD Dance,
said: "We are pleased and proud that Magic Records/Universal Music Group has
elected to expand our contract from a single to an album, which will contain
"Everybody Dance Now...Sweat" as well as four other classic platinum hits by
Freedom Williams/C and C Music Factory. We expect the transition to an album
to increase revenues from this contract by approximately four-fold. In turn,
we believe this will enable us to become profitable in 2004."

KC Flightt, Executive Vice President of RMD Dance, also noted: "Advancing to
album status with Magic Records/Universal Music Group for distribution of
this music in Poland and Ukraine is a feather in our cap. We think it is
also another indicator of the opportunities for rapid growth available to
RMD Dance in the huge international music market."

and? what does this have to do with freestyle? this needs to be moved.

C and C was right there along with FREESTYLE and were produced by the greatest freestyle producers ROBERT CLIVELIS AND THE LATE DAVID COLE.

THATS WHAT IT HAS TO DO WITH FREESTYLE. :rolleyes

Everybody dance (Sweat) 2004, remixed in pure euro and vocal trance is currently bubbling under radio & club charts all over Europe.

I Was Just Going To Post Up Today What Ever Happened To Cand C. I Was Listening To Louie Devito Cd And He Had A New House Mix Of Sweaton It. It Was Really Good. C&c Did A Lot Of Behind The Scenes Work In Freestyle. Look At Their Greatest Hits I Belive It's Called There Are All Freestyle Songs Remixed By Clivilles And Cole On There.

I belive i saw Zelma at the FEVER show at EXIT a few years back.

When I spoke to Freedom a few months ago, I forgot to mention Zelma.
Well I know that freedom and Zelma, couldn't stand each other. I remember them doing a show here in San Antonio @ a radio function. He was argueing with her like crazy. They went on stage as if nothing. Great showsmanship!!
