Hey has anyone ever gone to the dentist to do the whitening of the teeth by laser? I heard that it's painful later on because it causes a lot of sensitivity where you can't eat or drink anything. I bought the crest strips and do it at home. But you have to be careful with the at home kits too because it can cause some sensitivity.

That's crazy right................

None of that over the counter crap works that good. Some do give you the impression but the results do not last.

The laser procedure on the other hand shows super results and its the best option to have a super bright smile. I heard there is no after effects. Expensive procedure too. Thank goodness I have nice looking clean teeth lol

I had no side affect when I got it down but for 24 hrs you might get a little sensitivity. I have done about 120 of these procedures and not one patient complain, instead they were happy with their results. I have worked with a few different kinds and I like BriteSmile/

I had the brite smile procedure done over a year ago. Teeth are still white.

They were sensative only the first day. Also, for the first 24 hours, you need to eat and drink only white/clear foods and drinks. Milk, grilled chicken, turkey breast, water, cottage cheese, vanilla pudding. That type of stuff.

also, make sure that you don't used colored mouthwash or toothpaste.

I maintain my smile by useing a whitening toothpaste as well, and chewing whitening gum.

Hmmmm interesting. I would die if I can't have my coffee.
