I went with my cousin to the gym yesterday as her guest and took this amazing class called Body Attack. It's basically a type of kick boxing class that combines cardio. Plus the music is enough to keep anyone pumped! I'm taking the class again with her today, plus before I left yesterday I ended up joining, and as a "thank you" for joining, they set you up to work with a personal trainer for 2 weeks, which is cool. Right now though, I'm just looking forward to that class again!! 🙂
So what about the rest of you guys? Any particular class or anything at the gym that gets you pumped to go back?
