Definitly, Safire's cd. Great remixes and new stuff, plus the hit "Can You Stand The Rain" with Cynthia!

Definitely The Underdog Project album is tops with canadian freestyle mega hits "I Can't Handle It", "Tonight" and "Summer Jam". Not bad for a Canadian artist from Vancouver BC, over 5 million units sold in Europe!

My Top 15+1 runner ups:

Ian Van Dahl - Castles In The Sky (Essential Electro Mix)
Sweet TB - Let Me Fly
Flying Steps - We're Gonna Rock It
Dimi - Only One
Gigi D'Agostino - L'amour Toujours (I'll Fly With You)
Fragma feat. Maria Rubia - Everytime You Need Me (DJ Garry's Freestyle Remix)
+1 Freda - Dreaming Of Tonite / Promise To Stay
Dee Dee - Forever (Breakbeat Mix)
Lil Suzy - Treat me Right
The Officers - Party
Whigfield - Much More (DJ EM Freestyle Feel Club)
Sylver - Forgiven (Miami Mix)
Kathy Phillips - I Wish
Boomfunk MC's - Super Electric
MC G Gabriel - Fantasy

2001 was a great year for freestyle in Canada and the world and 2002 will even be better! Branded artists, major labels, let's keep pushin' it!!!

I liked "Open your Eyes" by Ceres.

Please, don't tell me that song came out in 1994 or something. I swear, every song i think is a new release came out 5 years ago.

Great tune, Ceres - Open Your Eyes is from 2000. Check out her current cd single "Give me tonite" a cover of Shannon's eighties freestyle mega hit done in eurodance a la No Mercy "Where do you go".

You did better this time Kandee. Safire/Cynthia-Can You Stand the rain was just awesome!! Safire and Cynthia make a great dynamic duo!!

I don't know...

I would like to hear some new stuff from Safire and Cynthia. I was looking forward to their song "can you stand the rain". When I heard it I was surprised to learn that it was a remake of the New Edition song and I have to admit that I don't like the their rendition very much. However, I am glad that they are back to work in the studio. I hope that their other songs are better. I just feel that the old school stuff is the best and can never be outdone. I could be wrong and of course this is MY opinion.

bassbump:

there was an electro version for "Castles In The Sky"?

how can i get it man? that song was dope! i bet the electro version is off the hook! does it have a hot bass bump to it? lol

peace out,
Mark
