Johnny B is the only one I hear in NY on the radio. So I would say he's the man. Back in the day I have some mix tapes of DJ Laz and Felix Sama, they were off da hook together with 4 turntables. And I'm not so bad myself.

The only reason I voted for myself is because I megamixx. Anybody can mixx, you need to be creative to megamixx. lol I consider myself the Bobby D of Freestyle. If you like Bobby D style edits imagine that with freestyle music instead of house. Not to take anything away from any of these great deejays here. I just figured that every dee jay on the east coast & west coast likes to mixx 4 minutes of each song. I know that's New York style, but I consider that club style. In the club you want the people to vibe, but in their rides you want to bgump! On a cd you got a chance to proove yourself as an edit master. Peace!

Most definitely Kid Heartbreak. He's a new skool Chicago Freestyle legend. His blends are real clean and he seems to be the only freestyle DJ in Chicago that plays the new hardcore stuff from groups like Latin Nation, Pain, Artie, etc. Also, this guy got like 35 different CDs under his name.
