I just found out i have a bench warrant on me for an unpaid speeding ticket in July 2000!! So i call the sherrifs office to find out where i make a court date or payment and they told me i COULD get arrest on the spot and the released! Im scared.... has anyone been in this situation? :buggin

Yes, you can be arrested. It all depends on the court. If you go in to pay the tix, and do pay it it might not be a problem.

Oooh I got one too for an unpaid Ticket last year in April it was a stupid ticket I was going on the train and it was spring recess and I still had to go to Internship and I used my school pass. They not only write me the damn ticket but they took my metro card away! :angered
So I havent paid it and now I know its more, Oh WEll

bench warrants are no prob. just bring some extra cash for bail. youll be in and out before you know it.
