i havent been on much lately. i am either sleeping or working. my new job had me in training for 3 weeks. i was one of the few picked to handle both managed care and idemnity provider calls for HORIZON BLUE CROSS BLUE SHEILD.
tomorow i get my own desk and will start taking calls. i feel so stressed right now.
my boss said that the only way to get over this feeling is to go out there and learn the hard way.
