I CAN LIVE ON
I CAN MOVE ON
I HAVE THE STREANTH
I HAVE THE ABILITY
TO PUSH MYSELF
TO FORCE MYSELF
T DO WHAT I HAVE TO DO
I WILL LIVE ON
THERE'S NO MORE PAIN
BUT ALL THE MEMORIES I HAVE
STILL REMAIN
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MEMORIES
BUT I MUST MOVE ON
I MUST LIVE ON
THERE'S NO TURNING BACK
I WILL SURVIVE
I WILL ESCAPE YOUR FORCE
THAT KEEPS ME GROUNDED
I WILL LEAVE FROM THE CHAINS

I really feel where u r comin from with that poem sometimes people/relationships from your past can at times make u feel that u can not live without them therefore trying 2 keep u down and hold you back, that's why I feel we need 2 hold r heads up high and let them know that they can't hold our feelings captive....
