I was just curious to know if anyone has ever seen April perform live, either recently or back in the early 90's.

I was listenting to the album "Magical", and out of the 11 tracks, only two I don't care for and those are the ballads.

That album is classic! It's so old-skool, that it's classic! The songs on the album are so true to what defined Freestyle in the turn of the decade. And besides those two ballads, every song is a hit! Without a doubt. Even her voice is cute. It's totally Metropolitan.

So, has anyone been lucky enough to see her live? Is she from Jersey?

i liked Hand's Off by Laissez Faire. the only song I didnt like to much was You Hold the Key. i should look into April's if i can find it.😀

For the latest April news, go to www.bandofgoldmusic.com . I spoke with her a couple of days ago. She's very happily married, is in a "wedding/corporate" band, and she's running the business (which includes her husband of four years, and a cousin). For a little while, things were not going well for her, but now all is well...unfortunately, she was another victim-a young artist signs a bad deal and has to recover while others profit.

I remember when she performed at Chicago's Pan American Festival in 1990 with Alisha...two "white girls" headlining a Latino Fest! That was when thing were at their peak...
