anyone on the technical side of things?

i am a cet (certified electronics tech) and the job market in this field is slow as hell

i LOVE BEING A TECH...i am unemployed now and i find anything to fix (i take my tools everywhere, i carry a mini multimeter in purse, lol)...it really makes me HAPPY!!! i cant picture doing anything else

i've been working on the side fixing things for people...i get a fair amount of work doing that

so i am just making a thread to see how all the other techs are fairing in the market

its sucks right now thats why i am taking business courses i am A+ certified

my school was offering a+ clases...but i cant stand working on comps...they are to sensitive

i like gettin down to the dirty 🙂
soldering, testing, troubleshooting...all that good stuff

Advice: Try studying something that you dont hardly see no one do. That's where the money's at.

I've been sending out resumes for a long time. It's real slow and real sturated. That's why I'm going to school for programming.

job market is slow! I have and associates degree in computer networking and can't find a darn thing.
