An empty heart

I pace back and forth looking for something, anything, That can keep me from feeling

I try watching Tv, Reading, Listening to music and nothing works

I look out the window, wish on a star, search the sky for the moon

And Still

I feel a lump in my throat, a desperate cry from within, an overwhelming emptiness that overcomes me

No words can describe this unexplainable feeling, a mixture of a lonely heart, a dying soul and mixed emotions

Who,who? can hold me ,console me, address me, Impress me, shelter me, love me, take this emptiness away

Everyone passes me by and i begin to cry because this empty feeling is killing my soul

Im dying, drowning in my own despair
and nothing ,nothing relieves me


So tell me, show me what must i do to stop this empty feeling from taking over

when all I need is to feel someone understands,,relates,,and most of all LOVES ME



I hope i don't depress anyone with this one.....just somtimes we need a release and this one was it for me......Elizabeth...
