Alizeé goes freestyle?!

I've found a freestyle song called "Fantasy Love" by Alizee at Kazaa. The question is, is this Alizee who also sang "Moi..Lolita" and "L'Alizee"?! I can't imagine.
Does anyone know?

that song fantasy love is amazing i have it too that song i think is from about 96 and was available on some cd cant remember though as RHOQ he knows...
