I understand that many clubfreestylers are upset with the break up of tk(g).TKA is a great group and in the east cost no one can touch them. Not even Stevie B.However,we need to be realistic.TKA is a door to the past.A past where freestyle ruled the ny,south florida and south california's airwaves. Those days are long gone.TKA will live in our hearts forever but we must move on.Its time for a new day! That new day will only come when the New School is allowed to shine. The new school will never shine as long as people hold on to the old school. Its time to let the Nu image,Ashleys' Zoes' Nick Colons' take center stage. The only way we can make an impact in today's music scene is by supporting the new talent out there. We need fresh blood and raw talent! No disrespect to the old school but its time to move on!!!

I have the same regards you do Neostyle.

This music will evolve. I do not agree with the new pop-freestyle stuff. Freestyle was never pop. It is a street thing that once appealed the mass. I want to keep it like that. I know there's a sound that we can all agree with and we need to find that and grow with it.

I will support any new school freestyle jam that is good to me. I wont support it just because it's freestyle.

Music is music. I know. But I feel we have to be strict and not settle for less if we want to see this music to sky rocket. Nu Image, Nick Colon are two that I can say that have led the new school path.

I hope that we can all be good leaders in this game as well.

I think this thread is about moving on and looking forward to what's in store in 2004. Let's not lose the focus on the real topic of this thread. 🙂
